Osmington Hill Farm Campsite Terms and Conditions

By requesting a booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Deposits are non- returnable .

 

Balance payable at least 4 weeks before arrival date , otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

Health & Safety

It should be noted that this is a working farm and as such there may be various hazards. We do our utmost to ensure the safety of our visitors, but cannot guarantee that all parts of the farm are completely free from hazards.

There may be areas of rough ground which may present a trip hazard to users of the campsite, in addition after heavy rain the ground in some areas can become slippery. You should take care and wear suitable footwear to minimise the possibility of injury. Tent guy ropes are an obvious trip hazard which you need to be aware of.

Due to the extensive nature of the camping facilities and the ambience of the area, we do not provide artificial lighting. To ensure your safety we recommend you bring a torch to help you when walking after dark.

By making this booking you accept that you must take reasonable care for you and your party’s safety, while we will do our best to ensure the site is safe.

Campsite Rules

Arrival and Departure- Campers are requested to vacate their pitch by 12 midday on the day of departure and arrive no earlier than 2pm on the day of arrival.

Pets- Please ensure pets are kept on leads at all times and not allowed to foul on the campsite. Please do not leave pets unattended. The management reserve the right to refuse admission and eject from the campsite any dog which it considers inappropriate and a danger to others.

Chinese Lanterns- These are a fire hazard and therefore not allowed to be used on the campsite.

Fire pits- These are not permitted to be used on the campsite.

Barbecues- Barbecues may be used provided they are raised off the ground and are in a suitable container.

Noise- Please respect other campers by keeping noise to a minimum.

Cleanliness-We make every effort to keep the site facilities clean and tidy and ask for your assistance in maintaining this standard by using the refuse, recycling bins and chemical disposal points provided, and by leaving all facilities clean after use.

We reserve the right to evict anyone at any time who is acting unreasonably to the detriment of other campers, the site staff or the public with no compensation or refund payable.

All persons staying or visiting Osmington Hill Farm Campsite use the facilities provided entirely at their own risk, Osmington Hill Farm Campsite and it’s owners cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or accident to persons or property or pets.

Privacy

We will use the information you provide to us in order to :

• Complete your booking
• Verify finacial transactions
• Give information on the area and campsite as requested

We will not divulge this information to any third parties, except as we are required by Law.

All information given will be deleted at the end of the year in which you provided it in.
